(KPWR 105.9 – Los Angeles) Meruelo Media announced today that it proudly became an official
US Army partner for the Youth Success (PaYS) program in the Los Angeles, California area. By
doing so, Meruelo Media will guarantee job interviews to transition Soldiers. The US Army
Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) initiative is a program that connects private industry with
transitioning Soldiers seeking new career opportunities after honorable service to our Nation.
US Army’s Southern California recruiting Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Patrick M. Flood and
President of Meruelo Media, Otto Padron, (also a US Army Reserve Officer) will preside over the
signing ceremony held on Friday, March 29th at the Meruelo Media Studios, located at 4975
West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019. The event will start promptly at 9 am followed shortly
after by the PaYS signing ceremony and lunch.
